How many items can you support?
We have item tiers and this is based on your live SKU count. We reach out and let you know as you approach a new tier.
What does signing up look like?
Once you sign up we send you the onboarding documents. Once we have our access assigned, all your data will be loaded within 5 business days.
When is last week's data available each week?
Each Monday at 8AM your data will be available within the portal (pending any internal or Walmart system issues).
How do you collect payment?
Stripe owns card entry, invoices, and ongoing billing. We hand you off after the final step and bring you right back to your dashboard.

Can I link more than my Retail Link / Scintilla Basic data?
We ingest Scintilla Basic data, we can also ingest Supplier One and Walmart Connect data via their APIs, both of which can be then visible via the platform portal. If you have Scintilla Charter, we can ingest that data via their Delta Share files. For Scintilla Charter we would recommend reaching out for a separate conversation.
